Payment: at 30 days against STA's letter of engagement (Please do not send any draft to the bank)
With further reference to payment, we remind you to kindly instruct your bank not to issue any draft BUT to send the documents to our bank:
With the following instruction:
"the documents have to be delivered to STA against withdrawal of a STA letter of engagement( not draft) to effect the payment at the due time."
STA公司向向他们银行出具Letter of Engagement, 我们将单据递交至我方代收行要求他们不出具汇票,而是将单据寄至客户方银行,与其注明"单据得寄/发至STA，按STA的一份***函（无汇票）进行支取，到期将实施付款" ("the documents have to be delivered to STA against withdrawal of a STA letter of engagement (not draft) to effect the payment at the due time.")

1. 有没but，意思不同。
2. 红字那句话不必注明；也并非寄单至STA，只是寄其银行。
3. 上面那句英文应为如下：-
“the documents have to be delivered to the bank nominated by STA against withdrawal of a STA letter of engagement( not draft) to effect the payment at the due time.”
