“单据得寄/发至STA，按STA的一份***函（无汇票）进行支取，到期将实施付款” 个人分析：-
1、 STA估计是一家银行；

Withdrawal是撤回的意思，但在金融英语上，是“提款或支取”之意，例句：-
It is not the bank's policy to deduct interest on withdrawals.
提款需扣除利息这并非是本银行的政策。 “按STA的一份***函（无汇票）进行支取？ 不明白是什么意思呀”
====这是银行间的操作文件，出口商可以知道，也不必知道，出口商交好单就行。操作过程大致是：STA向出口商的交单行（按Letter of Engagement）进行30天承兑付款，出口商之交单行deliver装运单据documents给STA，30天到期时at the due time，STA就会实施付款effect the payment.装运单据不需带汇票，STA直接T/T货款给出口商的交单行，然后划入出口商帐户。

| | 感谢BruceHuang的耐心讲解. D/A的操作流程现弄懂了. 还有一个问题要请教,上边提到的STA是我们客户公司名缩写.那么客户所要求的这种"按STA***函30天(请勿给银行汇票,而是将单据寄给STA所示的银行<抱歉,我在写题时写漏了一词'but'>")" 这种情况下操作流程是怎样的呀? STA公司***函是出给他们银行吗? 那我们的单据还有必要递交到我们的代收行由他们寄单给STA指示银行吗? 希望我将问题说明白了呀.麻烦你们了.

既然STA是你们进口商而非银行，那 Letter of Engagement 就是STA对其银行所出具的***函，这样的话，你收款的商业信用（安全性）***地降低了。操作流程还是如上所示。你的单据当然还是递交你所在地的代收行，再由代收行（交单行）寄给STA所指示的银行。单据切勿迳寄进口商STA！因此，这句话要推翻：“the documents have to be delivered to STA ...”，要与进口商商量并告知单据寄其银行。 本帖子2006-12-29 10:43:03由BruceHuang进行编辑!!
