| 今天头次碰到以色列的信用证一头雾水,请各位翻译一下
The bill of lading must not waive the requirement for surrendering an original bill of lading before delivery of goods. A bill of lading containing a clause which allows the carrier to deliver goods upon proof of identity(or other conditions) without requiring surrender of an original bill of lading-will not be accepted.

| The bill of lading must not waive the requirement for surrendering an original bill of lading before delivery of goods.我是这样理解的： 提单不需要放弃在交货前把一个证本提单电放的要求。我们知道，一般信用证在46A中对提单的规定是FULL SET,即三个证本，缺一不可，但此附加条款（我认为是47A里的）说可以将一个正本电放给收货人。我们又知道通常的电放意味着转移货权，货代凭客户要求和SHIPPER保函就敢放货，为了保证你凭此银行信用可以收到此货款，他又规定：A bill of lading containing a clause which allows the carrier to deliver goods upon proof of identity(or other conditions) without requiring surrender of an original bill of lading-will not be accepted.提单上含有允许承运人在没有（得到）电放一个正本提单的证明下便放货这样的条款不被接受。意思是说，虽然你把一份正本提单交给了收货人，但如果没有你的保函赋予收货人可以凭此一份正本提单提货的权利他还是不能提货，这就保证了你交银行的（那两份）议付正本提单的有效性。
此为我个人观点，烦请高手批评指正。另请楼主告知46A中他对提单是怎么要求的？谢谢！

Bills of lading full set less 1 original clean on board marked freight payable at destination mentioning full wording of the Arab unloading prohibition clause as follows: in view of danger of confiscation warranted vessel/aircraft is not to call at ports/airports and not to enter the territorial waters/airports of Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Sudan, Lydia or any other Arab country except Egypt prior to unloading in Israel unless in distress or subject to force majeure. And notify applicant made out of to the order of mizrahi tefahot bank ltd

如果你4楼描述的提单要求完整的话，换句话说，46A里面没有要求MARKED/SHOW/MENTIONING/STATED……A bill of lading containing a clause which allows the carrier to deliver goods upon proof of identity(or other conditions) without requiring surrender of an original bill of lading-will not be accepted.那么，不用体现在提单上。

-----上述内容需要全部在提单上显示,mentioning...subject to force majeure部分的内容,如果提单上没有空间,可以另加附页.
The bill of lading ...will not be accepted.-----6楼已经回复过,提单上不必显示!但要注意:提单上所列条款不得与此相冲突!

| 翻译的意思基本正确!
1)提单必须注明进口方全名和增值税注册号513852921,该号码要显示在通知方栏里通知方地址下面.
2)可以参考上面1)的翻译.
3)UNEQUIVOCAL DESCRIPTION OF IMPORTED GOODS INCLUDING THE FIRST FOUR DIGITS OF THE IMPORTED GOODS, H.S. CLASSIFICATION NO. 84778000/4
进口货物的明确描述,包括H.S.编码的前四位即8477,必须在货描里显示.

| 谢谢呵呵这份理解的差不多了下面是另外一份以色列提单,内容差不多,加红的部分我这样理解可否:如果由ZIM INTEGRNATED SHIPPING SERVICES LTD 或者其他代理签出的提单同样要有以下条款
[3/3 original(s) clean on board marine/ocean bills of lading plus 3 non-negotiable copy(ies) made out to the orede of Israel discount bank ltd, stating our A/M documentary credit number and notify: ‘shaj-jki metal trading ltd’mentioning ‘freight payable at destination’ and ‘due to danger of confiscation warranted vessel is not to call at ports and not to enter the territorial waters of Syria Lebanon iran Saudi excepting Egypt and Jordan prior to unloading in Israel unless in distress or subject to force majeure.[color=#FAEBD7][color=#FAEBD7][color=#FF8C00]’In case bill of lading issued by zim integrated shipping services ltd or other agents sme may be marked with the following clause:[/color][/color][/color]’in view of danger of confiscation warranted vessel is not to call at ports and not to enter the territorial waters of Syria Lebanon iran Saudi excepting Egypt and Jordan prior to unloading in Israel unless in distress or subject to force majeure.’[/color]
