我***当心那个30%的信用证付款.
30%的信用证条款是这样说的:
The L/C for the balance payment 30% of the amount should reach the SELLER’S bank account within 10 working days after the first shipment.

| 如果你收到了70%的话，估计就应该是客户担心了。骗子要行骗的话，不会花那么大成本的。真要骗，估计很多动作都会在T/T之前就开始了，以现在给你的条件为诱饵，向你提其他要求行骗。总之个人感觉70%收到的话，就比较稳当了

买卖的约束条款如下,你看一下是否有别的情况?
ARTICLE 10: PO***ONEMENT OR ABANDONMENT OF SUPPLY. 10.1 If the seller po***one or abandon the supply, the SELLER should hand back the redundant payment to the BUYER. And the SELLER should be compensated for the BUYER’S expenses. 10.2 If the BUYER po***one or abandon the supply, the SELLER should not hand back the redundant payment to the BUYER.（买方应该是放弃买才对？）

| 看起来也没有什么，除了对买家来说，不存在说推迟或者放弃供货。其他都很正常。这个单子大，你们能按时完成吗？如果没有，应该不需要太担心

| 为了让大家看得更清楚,我把条款列出来(我没有改动),如下:
ARTICLE 7: TERMS AND SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT: 7.1. The BUYER shall remit 70% of the total sum of Contract as PAYMENT IN ADVANCE by T/T (telegraphic transfer) in SELLER’S bank account within 168hours after the contract signing and legalization. This payment amounts to US$ XXXX (XXXX). 7.2. The balance payment of 30% of the total amount shall be confirmed by Irrevocable transferable L/C at Sight. The issuing banks is 银行. The worth of this L/C amounts to US$ XXXX (XXX) 7.3. The L/C for the balance payment 30% of the amount should reach the SELLER’S bank account within 10 working days after the first shipment.（这个条款？） 7.4. All the bank transferring Charges of T/T and L/C issued should be bond by the supplier/ purchaser.（这个？）
ARTICLE 8. TIME AND SHIPMENT 8.1 The first shipment is within 4 months after the Seller’s receipt of 70% payment in advance of 18 month’s contract supply worth of US XXXXX(XXXX) upward which should be supplied. The number of square meters 产品 to be delivered is ……. (to be completed by the buyer) 8.2 The second shipment is within 3 months after the first shipment. The number of square meters产品to be delivered is ……. 8.3 The third shipment is within 5 months after the SELLER receipt of the last 30 % payment of the total contract sum by confirmed irrevocable transferable L/C at sight. The number of square meters产品to be delivered is ……. (to be completed by the buyer)
这两个条款怎么说得不一致，是不是这样？兄弟们，发表一下你的 意见
我的观点是（大家说对还是错）：
7.3说得是在***次发货之后把30%的款大帐户，可是他没有说什么时候开信用证，要不要补上什么？
8.3说得是卖方第三次发货（时间为5个月）的，是在收到30%的信用证付款之后。怎么一下是***次发货之后，一下又是第三次发货之后。
到底是怎么回事？能有个***吗？兄弟姐妹们

| 是你理解错了。7.3是说在你***次发运以后10天内，L/C 才会开到你这里。但付钱的话，按8.3的说法是在第三次发运以后
