| 急等！本人是外贸新人。对下面的话不明白，请前辈帮忙翻译一下。谢谢 ！
Notwithstanding the content of article 14 of UCP500, in the event that we observe discrepancies in documents we shall provide our notice of refusal in accordance therewith and if we elect to contact the applicant for a waiver, and receive an acceptable waiver, we shall effect settlement according to the LC terms and the documents will be released without further notice to you, unless we are in receipt of your instruction to the contrary prior to such release

| 这是开证银行的免责条款----在本论坛我至少已经翻译5次以上啦！现在把大概内容说一下：如果单据有不符点开证银行发出拒付通知后，开证银行仍然有权根据在开证申请人同意接受不符点的前提下付款放单，而不论UCP500是否有另外的规定---等等诸如此类的措辞！

| 以前的帖子早淹没啦，我还是重新翻译一遍吧：
虽然UCP500第14条另有规定，但如果我行（开证银行）发现单据有不符点，我行应该据以发出拒付通知！如果我行选择联系开证申请人放弃不符点，并收到可以接受的放弃不符点声明，我行将根据LC条款付款并放单，而无须给贵行（议付行）进一步通知，除非我行在放单前已经收到贵行相反的指示！

| 谢谢老油条的 鼓励。因为我不是学外贸的，所以单证实务要熟悉些，外贸理论方面就很不足，***近正在学习UCP500（以前觉得很空洞）和协会保险条款。希望能有一个大的 提高，也请你多指教。我现在比较闲，所以也常在论坛里面，希望能和大家一起进步。谢谢老兄的 指教和鼓励

-- Evidencing shipment on, or transshipment through, any Sudanese / Iranian / Cuban or Myanmar means of transport and / or ( air ) port and / or vessel with such flag
-- Indicating individuals / organizations ( in any capacity ) who, at the time of negotiation, fall under US / EU sanctions or are of Cuban / Sudanese / Iranian / Myanmar nationality.
-- Evidencing goods of Sudanese / Iranian / Cuban or Myanmar origin. 是不是，就是不可以上伊朗/苏丹/古巴/缅甸 的船和挂他们的船旗。以及不能在这些***转港，包括空港是?还有其他具体的意思。小弟这里谢了，希望老油条能多指教。这是***单！
