| This is the first time I visit this forum, and I'm very interested in this *域名隐藏* 's really a good platform to make the further improvement *域名隐藏* I sincerely hope that we can reach our aim.
I have learnt English for 9 years,but I still not the best one,I think.i want to provide some of my experience here,maybe it will benifit you.
One who want to learn English well,the most important factor is his *域名隐藏* he is interested in English, he must learn *域名隐藏* we all know,there are for basic aspects in Learning English,that is,listening,speaking,reading and *域名隐藏* be honest, my English is not so well,but I like reading,writing and translating very much,and it's more better.
The reason is I'm a little introvert,it's my fatal *域名隐藏* gh I have tried to change,it's *域名隐藏* you should be an open person,never feel shy!It just like Chinese,we should use it as tool to expressing and communicating.
Then the persistence and *域名隐藏* 's a long time ,and it should be a lifetime.
My attitude is:stick to learning,never give up!
And I believe:No pains,no gains.
I hope everyone can learn English well!

1、"主任"的译法 班主任：Head Teacher 系主任(大学)：Director、Head、Chair、Dean等。
地方***主任：Chairman ***部委主任：Minister 财务主任：Treasurer、Controller 车间主任：Workshop Manager/Director

| | 2、"办公室主任"的译法 "办公室主任"过去人们常简单译成Director of Office,但是由于Office在美国常用作机构名称，相当于我们这里的"局"，所以上译给人一种"××局局长"之嫌，故有人提议改为Manager of×× Office。 但这种提议仍有失之粗糙之嫌。需知，在我们中国，"办公室"作为机构名称使用时，有两种含义，一种是办事机构名称，大多数是临时性的非常设机构，如"打假办"、"节水办"等，有一部分长期保存下来，成了常设机构，如"***港澳办"等，在这种情况下，该"办公室"就具备了与其它委、局同等功能，所谓"委、局、办"的说法即由此而来；第二种是某个机构内设的综合行政部门，如：环保局办公室，它不是一个***单位，倒有点像环保局下属?quot;总务科"、"行政科"或"综合科"之类的部门。 ***类"办公室"的名称中一般都带有表明具体职能的字，所以翻译时照章直译即可，如："工业办公室"àIndustrial Office,此类办公室的主任，选用Director正好门当户对，如"省台办主任"à Director of Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office，当然，也可以换用Manager。 第二类"办公室"，采取直译则变得不伦不类， "环保局办公室"如果译成Office of Environmental Protection Bureau，其含义是：环保局的办公场所，而与原意相距甚远。英语中， Office作机构名称解时，一般都带有修饰词，如：Occupational Statistics Office（职业统计办公室）Derby Office of Department of Agriculture（农业部德比地区办事处）Head Office of Department of Veterinary Services（兽医服务处总部）如不加修饰词，将Office和Bureau、 Department等表示机构的名称混在一起，会使英语母语读者费解，因为在他们眼里，Office和Bureau、Department是同一回事。 笔者认为将机构内设的办公室主任称成Chief of Staff无疑是***地道的。 在这种情况下，"办公室"也可仿照美国译作Office of the Chief of Staff。

| | 3、"行长"的译法 当前国内外宣资料中将中国的银行行长普遍称为"Governor",而国外介绍中国的资料中则多称其为"President"。笔者以外，可以将银行分为"中央银行" Central Bank和"商业银行"Commercial Bank两类，中央银行的职能是监管各商业银行，其"行长"冠以行政官员色彩较浓的Governor是适宜的，而各商业银行，由于其日益鲜明的企业性质，显然用President更妥当。我国的几大国有银行，过去一直作为***机关的一部分，所以其行长一直称为Governor，但是现在要与国际接轨，需要强化企业色彩，改称President无疑是明智之举。中央银行的地方分支，可选用Subgovernor，其它银行的地方分支首脑，仍可称作President。
