信用证翻译问题，自已实在是翻不准。请高手帮忙，

field 31d expiry place:at the counter of skandinaviska enskilda banken(publ),sweden

the amount of each draft must be endorsed on the reverse of this credit by the presenting or negotiating bank

documents presented with discrepancy(ies)will be subject to a discrepancy fee of flat rate of *域名隐藏* or equivalent will be deducted from the amount claimed

if the documents are presented for negotiation/payment/acceptance 15 days after the expiration of the credit,this will be subject to a post expiration charges of usd *域名隐藏* or equivalent and this amount will be deducted form the amount claimed

joint documents under several credits not acceptable ,in case of presentation of joint documents a handling fee of sek 1500.00 for each l/c number will be charged in addition to the negotiation fee.

upon dc issuing entity's payment the handling fee will be deducted

draft drawn under this credit are either payable in usd demand

1,到期地点:在瑞典的。。。。地方

2,每份汇票的金额都必须由交单行或议付行背书在次证背部

3,所提交单据中如有不符点,每一点将从金额中扣除80美金~

4,如果单据在信用证到期15天后提交议付/付款/承兑,将从总额中扣usd 75作为逾期费.

5,不接受不同信用证下的单据一起提交.如有,则除议付费以外,还收取每份信用证1500USD的操作费.

6,我也不懂了~不确认ENTITY指哪方.

7,就用你翻译的.
