Delivery time: approx, 60 days upon receipt of down payment or confirmed
L/C.
Period of validity of the price above: 60 days since the offer date. 支付条款:货款分两部分支付:
20% T/T支付.
80%用100% 不可撤销.保兑.即期信用证凭运输单据支付,有效期为开证后90天!
运输条款:约收到此信用证后60天内!
该价格从该合同日后60天内有效.
上一段是不是应该理解为这个意思?
还有一点就是,如果金额不大的信用证***不要开保兑信用证,因为保兑费用特别高,一般这些费用都是受益人承担!

是报价有效期！报价后六十天内复盘有效！这是针对市场浮动比较大的产品！因为可能你一直不确定复盘，等到市场价格高了再以人家几个月前市场价格低迷期的报价订货，人家会和你做吗？人家是不可能答应这个价钱，价格要上调的

installation drawing to the consumer components建立客户服务的提供由固定位置转移到被定义为安装上来。
Inter-wiring of plant components will be included in offer车间零件的内部配线将被包括在发盘内.
Programming a production program for one of the customer's products为客户产品的其中之一做一个产品规划 非专业,仅限参考.
