| 信用证上明确指示不接受货代提单，只接受船东提单，但这批货是散货，我问过几家货代都说散货是出不了船东单的，所以我让客户取消条款，他的回复如下 Our bank advise us not to remove the clause for Master B/L, there will be no problem on your side for arranging the documents, only we need to make sure that you will not put our consignment with freight forwarder, that means no agent in between, if you are going to ship with OOCL that will be ok but directly from OOCL shipping lines. 客户的意思是不是说我们应该能出船东提单的，只要直接找OOCL,不要找货代?
