I am wanting to set up car audio sales. I am wanting to set up a business but at this stage have no capital. I am wanting a reliable manufacturer of quality car audio equipment that would be willing to provide me with material to sell, which i would then pay for once sold.

I know this sounds extremely risky, but i would use profits from first sales to buy more stock, then when sales contineue i would buy more stock still, until i have the purchasing power to become an excellent client for the willing provider of these materials.
