Gentlemen:

We are working with a major Cellular Telephone Co. in South America, that
is planing to change
their system of  cellular telephones.

CONSUMAQUIP CORP. of  Miami, Fl, has been contacted to negotiate a contract
as exclusive
representative  for that country and other countries in Latin America,  for
approximately 3 million
plus new units, with technology  C***-1X.

We will need the proper authorization and licences  from the Chinese
Manufacturer.  The cellular
telephones shall  require certification by Bell South, USA.

We need to contact a good Chinese manufacturer that can compete with the
traditional American brands,
and the major manufactures from Japan, Sweden and from other countries.
Our client wants to become a "master" Licensee and they have the necessary
technical service and a
great marketing plan at  a national level.    Currently, before the
conversion they have 3,5 million customers.

Please ask the manufacturer of Chinese Cellular telephones, that we need
technical specifications, be
able to negotiate competitive costs, and  award us with the exclusive
representation.    Also specify time
of  delivery, based on large partial shipments     I t must be a
manufacturer with solid  reputation, excellent
quality and able to give us excellent  Business References from major
customers at  a national level.
