各位做废料的同仁，大家擦亮眼睛认清了这个大骗子，

事情的经过是这样的。

1. 此人名字：JIMMY TIN，中国人
2. 6月5号在阿里巴巴英文网站上联系上他，他在阿里上的网址是：

3. 6月7号开始通过电子信箱联系，他的信箱是：idealinc@nni(dot)com （在8月1号时换成plasticsrecycling@yahoo(dot)com <mailto:plasticsrecycling@yahoo(dot)com>）

4. 后来通过联系，在6月27日的时候签订合同：
采购的产品为： LDPE打包膜（Low density polyethylene），这是一种废的塑料膜，打包供货。
5. 后来在7月3号的时候TT定金6600美金给他制定的账户，

6. 打定金后他迟迟没有发货，我司再三催促，他终于在8月25号时回信，内容如下：

Hi Annie,I just got out of my boss' office. He told me to go to his office this morning when I came to work. I knew it was either good news or bad news. It came out as your last email wished. Your order did not ship out. I asked him why? He explained to me that he rather not to take the business because he knew you'll make a complain after got the materials based on your last email I brought to him. He knew it was one time business *域名隐藏* was why he did not ship your order. He told me that he's in the process of refunding your deposit. We can ship the LDPE films to many of our repeat buyers that buying for a long time. We just want to get a little more money if any salesman can get. But, the boss is not happy if het can make $50.00, or &80.00 per ton from a new buyer knowingly the new buyer will make grouching and complain about the order. The boss will not take the business at all.My job is make the sales and take the order. Shipping and make booking is from the shipping Dept. Who's order can be shipped is out of my control. What I can do is sometimes might try to push for my orders that has placed. 7. 后来的邮件中他只说我们的定金refund will be processed thru the Accounting Dept.
8. ***后一次邮件是在9月9号，内容如下：Hi Annie,I do not understand it. Where can we refund your deposit to after I talked to the accounting dept.? Besides, I do not handle the refund, I spoke to the Accounting Dept yesterday they told me that it takes a while to process any refund. They told me to let you know BE Patient. They would not even tell me how long does it take. They also told me to ask the boss if I need an answer.Best regards,Jimmy.Tel: (804) 501-0315

9. 之后就再也没有联系上过，电话没有人接听，邮件不再回复。
现在完全可以确认此人是骗子，大家一定要小心
