Amount:(in figures&words), plus/minus 10%, USD10,000.00, (US. DOLLARS TEN THOUSAND ONLY) Documents required: 1, Manually signed commercial invoice in 3 copies indicating F.O.B value, freight charges and insurance premium.(If any) 2, Full set 3/3 plus 2 non-negotiable copies of Clean " ON BOARD" ocean bill of lading made out or endorsed to the order of THE SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK PUBLIC CO***NY LIMITED(这个是他们的开证行). Marked " Freight prepaid" notify applicant with full address 3, Insurance policies or certificates in duplicate for 110PCT. of invoice value endorsed in blank claim payable in bangkok in the same currency as the credit covering:
a, institute cargo clauses(A)
b, institute war clauses (cargo) and institute strikes clauses(cargo) 4, Packing list in 3 copies. 5, Certificate of Analysis on copy 6, Certificate of Origin 7, Specification one copy and material safety data sheet one copy 8, Documents to be presented within 7 days after the date of shipment but within the validity of the credit. 9, All bank charges including reimbursement commission and other expenses incurred ourside Thailand are for Beneficiary's account. 10, Additional instructions:
a, Indicating measurement on bill of lading and shipping agent in Bangkok.
b, Beneficiary's certify that one set of non-negotiable copy document has been sent by Couries and the ralative Courier receipt must be attached thereto.
c, advising bank: 我们公司的通知行 请高人帮忙翻译一下上面的每项内容并分析一下这些条款是否合理，哪些对我方不利，哪些有利。哪些需要特别注意和操作的。 万分感谢！
