| 发帖时间 - 2005/9/16 9:59:01 | there are quite some ways to solicite quick response from our prospective customers. i read these from an english website. some points are listed here. one is your quick reply to their *域名隐藏* is to speicify your letter *域名隐藏* is your letter's format neat and content professional. four is your sentence in fasion and a conversational style. five is no attached file without consent from customers. six is no pushing sentence. seven is to keep your tone and paragraph length in control. eight is to make your letter strongly relevant to their request. nine is to send another letter three days later to confirm their receipt of letter. ten is if you have his name, address him after Dear. eleven is to throw away all those learned in school international trade book. although 20 days have gone, and i have no order to take pride of, still i believe those ways can help in the long run. if you are interested in those original articles, contact me at hcs1979@hotmail(dot)com or mail me at hcs1979@163(dot)com. i am happy to share with you.

| 发帖时间 - 2005/9/16 10:08:20 | 客户不回复肯定是有他的原因和理由的啊,比如说可能是你没有理解他E-MAIL的某句话和意思,然后你做出的回答没能够打动他,或者觉得你不够专业。在技术产品的了解以及在介绍你们工厂的设备方面没有突出*** 都有可能。 我个人认为,一般比较有诚意的客户会同意CATALOG到付,但是前提是他先找的你,但是如果你先找的他,你推荐给他你们公司的CATALOG,客户也许不一定会同意到付,往往说我们没有到付帐号,因为这是可要可不要的东西。 纯属个人意见,谨供参考。
