We want to inform you results of our researches:
The most convenient, profitable and fast transport of delivery of a cargo is a railway transportation. The way of delivery is a container to the station Grodekovo, then to customs warehouse, Vladivostok. Delivery on CIF conditions.
We ask you to inform us from what station in your city, or the nearest from your factory, you will be able to send us a cargo. The cost of delivery depends on it.
We received the documents from Moscow about lists of necessary documents for registration of your goods and reception of the certificate at the territory of Russia.
We need following documents:
1. The power of attorney for the right of carrying out the registration, (you can find power of attorney in the ending of letter ), this document should be certified by notary.
2. Certificate for business registration in English, certified by notarization.
3. Certificates of quality.
4. Free sales certification, certified by notarizations.
5. Administrative documents, original document or copy, certified by notarization.
6. The information of medical product should contain a brief information about prescription, technical characteristics, the information, when this products has been developed, started been produced, and to what countries is this products delivered. It should be write in Russian, if in English, that should contain translation into Russian language.
7. The photo of the product should display the appearance of a product and completing elements.
8. Advertising illustrative materials can be present in English.
9. The instruction of firm-manufacturer of using medical products should be written in Russian and should contain the information, sufficient for effective and safe application of a registered products.
All this procedure of registration will be cost 10 000 $. And we want to share the expenses on equal parts. 50% will pay your company and 50% will pay our company.
We want to emphasize that without this procedure you can’t start cooperation with any Russian company. It is a one way to start work on Russian market. If you have any question about registration, we can give you address of company, who will help us with registration of your medical goods.
We also inform you, that we cooperate with Korea during 12 years, and we have a practice of cooperation with foreign company.
Our conditions of the contract-delivery follows:

In the bill of landing should be noted, that the freight is paid.
