For example, as the above four cities I mentioned are near Wuxi City, I often contacted and talked with them, so I am know a lot of these managers. Good relation with factory will help us do the business well. 2- About agreement As what I said when we meet days ago, the agreement you show me was a gentleman's agreement. I shall protect my remuneration through a strict agreement, but not a gentleman's agreement, although I understand and respect your business style. 3- Close cooperation The work I will do for you may be to offer all kinds of related market info, supply market info, and locating supplier, and care the products supplied for you of old suppliers. To finish the above work, I shall do a lot work. At the same time, you also are contacting some suppliers. I request to be informed price info of your old supplier etc. that will be much helpful for me to do work. Anyway, during the agency work time for you, I strongly hope we both sides can associate with each other closely to do excellent work for Navkar. Through exchange, you can know more about Chinese supply market and I can do the work with more efficiency and save my time. 4- My Spare time I am working for a factory as their marketing dept manager. I have a close friend owing a factory producing Picking system; I have to come to his factory to help him marketing his products abroad from time to time. Also I am designing a website (Info-tech trade promotion) to do public benefit work and make money. My time is limited. Here is an example. One of my uncles is a general manager of a Holland-invested company in Wuxi, often someone invites him to have a meal together to get some necessary market info and analysis from him, they pay thousands of RMB (my meaning is round 5000 RMB). Market report also is very valuable. I will do my best to do the work for you, if I do a lot work for you, but get little, so where is my zeal for working for you, maybe I would like to spend my time to do other better work. 5- Duration of agreement I require agreement duration of 2 years at least. You know, the product defined in agreement is several, except AHF (Even regarding the AHF, there are a lot persons who are more professional than me, maybe after some time, I also can know much more about AHF, such as getting familiar with more salesperson of this line, know more about its technology, different classes of raw material, more AHF companies status etc.) Not to mention other alu products you need to purchasing, to get familiar with the market, it also will take time. So my meaning is after I really very familiar with the market, it is the time I can get right factories for you and get commission of orders. So I require at least 2 years agreement duration time. 6- Arbitration This is very important for me. I need to protect what I shall get. So I want to protect what I shall get from you. So I insist arbitration as below, All disputes arising from the performance of the Agreement should be settled through friendly negotiations. Should no settlement be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted for arbitration to the China international and Trade Arbitration Commission (Beijing) and the rules of this Commission shall be applied. The award of the shall be final and binding upon both parties. The Arbitration fee shall be born by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the arbitration organization.
