We need a program of about 26 containers per month of Solid Prefinished Jatoba sizes in inches as follows:
1. Select Brazilian Cherry
2. Random lengths 1-6 feet. Average flooring length per bundle is 31.5" to 35.4".
3. Micro beveled four sides
4. Finishing specifications:
a. Minimum 6 coats with 1 coat aluminum oxide
b. Gloss level: 55-60
c. Taber test rating: must meet minimum 900 cycles ASTM D4060
5. Packaging 鈥?private label in our package per our artwork to be provided.
6. Products:
a. 戮" x 2-1/4" 鈥?6 to 8 containers per month
b. 戮" x 3-1/4" 鈥?7 to 9 containers per month
c. 戮" x 5" 鈥?7 to 9 containers per month
The measures for quoting are in inches and feet, that is the standard for the US market. As follows the conversion in mm:
3/4"x 2.1/4" x 1' - 7' = 19.05mm x 57.15mm x 305mm to 2.134mm ( THICKNESS X WIDTH X LENGTH)
3/4" x 3.1/4" x 1' to 7' = 19.05mm x 82.55mm x 305mm to 2.134mm ( THICKNESS X WIDTH X LENGTH)
3/4" x 5" x 1' to 7' = 19.05mm x127mm x 305mm to 2.134mm ( THICKNESS X WIDTH X LENGTH)
