我们公司目前还没有出口到菲律宾的业务，***近联系一个菲律宾客户，发来邮件如下：
As for import documentation, all imported food products need to have a Certificate of Product Registration issued by our local Food & Drug Agency. Before this is issued, the foreign supplier need to be registered with our Bureau of Plant Industry & Food & Drug Administration. We will thus need the following documents:
1. Certificate of Free Sale for all products intended to be sold in the Philippines
2. photos of packaging / carton of the items intended to be sold in the Philippines
3. Certificate of Registration from your own government agency as a bonafide supplier or exporter
请大家指导一下，我们需要做什么？客户要的是什么文件？非常感谢！
