| not with standing the provisions of ICC USP500,if we give notice of refusal of documents presended under this credit ,we shall however retain the right to accept a waiver of discerepancies from the applicant and subject to such waiver being acceptable to us,to release the documents against that waiver without reference

| 这段话的意思: 不论UCP500的规定,如果我行拒付单拒.我行有权接受申请人对不符点的放弃.且以我行接受该放弃为条件.将该单据放给申请人.而不会通知交单人.除非我行在放单之前收到了相反要求的书面指示.在收到相反的书面指示之前,放单不构成我行保留单据听侯指示的失误,并且对放单不负任何责任.
总的一句话如果开证行/保兑行/***银行要拒付单据,他们必须尽快通知交单银行/受益人;所有不符点一次提出,并且说明保留单据听候处理还是将单据退回交单人!
