| Beneficiary's attestation certifying that:A)the products referred in the siad documentary letter of credit are original and that there are no liens, conveyances, assignments, encumbrances, licenses, privileges, or other previous rights or agreements on any nature that would prevent or impair the exercise of all substantive rights over these products.
B)all necessary measures to assure that Sillo for any legal action to be undertaken on the grounds of forgery or unauthouised or illegal reproduction of intellectual or industrial property, trademarks, design or otherwise licensed models, or arising out of any veolation of industrial or intellectual property rights belonging to thire parties,
C)the supplier shall bear full responsibility for any legal action to be undertaken by any third party as well as for any decision or award rendered by any competent jurisdiction, arising out of forgery or unauthouised or illegal use of intellectual or industrial property, trademarks, designs or other rights related ot the products referred in the documentary letter of credit, along with any cost, expenses, indemnification , attorney fees or any costs arising direcily or indircetly out of such infringements..

| 全部照抄,不必修改,以保证单证相符!
如果时间允许,你又确实不放心,就请个专业的涉外律师审审,然后按照律师建议要求修改信用证!------不过这些措辞都是官样文章,实在没有必要浪费精力!
