| 这是外贸合同中的几项条款，我不清楚这些是什么意思，麻烦高手帮我解答一下，谢谢！
3. Certificate issued by local branch of China National Import Export Commodities Inspection
"CCIP" certifying that the shipment is consistent with the last negotiated purchase orders
Issued by D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd, No. 0000, 00002, 00003 dated 04 June 2006.
4. GSP Form A and/or Certificate of Origin issued by the competent authorities of the People's
Republic of China.
5. Ocean Bill/s of Lading marked "Freight collect", 3/3, made to the order of
D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd, 4 Pa'amoni st. Tel Aviv 62918, Israel.
6. Visa stamped Export License (If applicable)
7. A copy of Fumigation Certificate issued by China Authorized Authority (For solid wood
Packing).

中国***进出口商品检验局(CCIP,商检以前的英文缩写)的分支机构出具的证明,证实装运的货物与the last negotiated purchase orders(由XX出具,编号XX,日期XXX)里完全一致---在证明里将CERTIFYING以后的英文内容原样抄上即可! 4. GSP Form A and/or Certificate of Origin issued by the competent authorities of the People's Republic of China.
普惠制FORM A原产地证明或者中国官方机构出具的原产地证明-----既然要求官方出具原产地证明,也必须在商检出具!
5. Ocean Bill/s of Lading marked "Freight collect", 3/3, made to the order of
D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd, 4 Pa'amoni st. Tel Aviv 62918, Israel.
全套3份正本提单,注明运费到付,提单CONSIGNEE作成to the order of D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd-----划线部分建议要求客户修改为TO ORDER或者TO ORDER OF SHIPPER或者TO ORDER OF ISSUING BANK!
6. Visa stamped Export License (If applicable)签章的出口许可证(如果适用的话)
7. A copy of Fumigation Certificate issued by China Authorized Authority (For solid wood Packing).
中国官方机构出具的熏蒸证明复印件(对于实木包装)

是不是货权就会在客户手里,还是会怎么样?

要看你用什么方式结算，to the order of D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd,to order/to order of the shipper，我觉得操作中没什么区别，客户拿到单子都可以去提货，拿不到都不能提货，to order/to order of the shipper你既然放出去，自己肯定也是背书好的，所以一样的。

| to the order of D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd,如果客户正常付款赎单,肯定与to order/to order of the shipper一样没有问题啦!
-----但如果客户不付款赎单的话,你被迫卖,这个客户D. Lachisch Plastics Ltd会配合你给你做背书吗?这时候,提单作成to order/to order of the shipper,肯定就不一样啦!
