这是信用证上的一个单证要求，请问“Beneficiary's certificate stating”这句是不是说我方装船后必须出具一份已装船证明，整段话正确的中文意思要怎么翻译呢？请各位高手帮忙说一下
+ Reimbursement claims by telecommunication are not acceptable.
+ If documents are presented with discrepancies, a discprepancy fee USD50.00 or equivalent should(will) be deducted from the reimbursement claim(the proceeds), this fee should be charged to the beneficiary.
上面这两句如何翻译？

出具一份受益人证明，证明装船后你们已经把一份副本运输单据，正本FORM A产地证直接寄给申请人。这个也是在装船后你们必须做的。
+ Reimbursement claims by telecommunication are not acceptable.
不接受电索。这句你不用理会，银行会看的。
+ If documents are presented with discrepancies, a discprepancy fee USD50.00 or equivalent should(will) be deducted from the reimbursement claim(the proceeds), this fee should be charged to the beneficiary
如果提交的单据有不符点，在货款中会扣掉一个不符点费等值USD50.00，这个费用由受益人承担。

电索的意思是NEGO BANK根据LC出一份MT742给REIMBURSEMENT BANK拿钱,因为是NEGO BANK出的电报,如果LC没有规定是由APPLICANT出的话,那就是BENEFICIARY出.一般都是BENE出的比较多...(不知道你的LC里面有没有说ALL BANKING CHARGES OUTSIDE....FOR BENE'S ACCOUNT?)

| 回4F：L/C里面有这样一句话“All banking charges outside ....., including reimbursement commission or our remittance charge, if any, are for account of beneficiary." 这样是不是就说明了电索由我方付啊？
