以下是我根据银行的要求而请求客户对信用证的疑问点进行修改，以及客户给我的回复。请各位高手帮忙看看是否按客户说的还是按银行的要求。谢谢。
As to the copy l/c, we hope that some parts of it should be changed.
They are as follows:
1, The word "EXEMPLAIRES" should be changed into "COPIES".(this is the request of the bank) [Castro López, Agustín]
EXEMPLAIRES means the same than COPIES, and the two words are very clear and common used at all banks dialog. If we have to modify the L/Cby other reasons, no problem to make this modification toghether, but this is a no sense request from your bank. 2,If all the 12,000pcs are delivered by sea, the sentence "OR 1
ORIGINAL AWB,PLUS 2 NON NEGOTIABLE COPIES " should be taken out. [Castro López, Agustín]
No need to take out. The sentence means boths are valid, you can show 12.000 pcs inside Bill of lading as sea shipment OR 12.000 pcs Air way
bill as air shipment, or 2.000 untis in AWB by air 10.000 untis in BL by
sea, the 3 cases are inside the L/C and completely valid. 3,In the phrases "+CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN CHINA" and "1 COPY
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN CHINA" , the word "CHINA" should be taken out. [Castro López, Agustín]
We do not understand this request. The certificate of origin must be from CHINA where the material is manufactured and we need
this document for Spanish customs. Sorry we can not take out CHINA. 4,We have no way to get the "INSPECTION AND GUARANTINE BUREAU+" and the bank also does not know what "INSPECTION AND GUARANTINE BUREAU+" is. So we think the "INSPECTION AND GUARANTINE BUREAU+" should be taken out. [Castro López, Agustín]
This is a mistake from our bank, no problem to take this out. 5, We do not know what "+COPY OF COURRIER+" is .We think the "+COPY OF COURRIER+" also should be taken out .

COPY OF COURRIER, means you need to show the tracking paper from a courrier (like DHL or UPS or TNT) that confirms that you already sent our the up mentioned copies of documents requested.
