The seller will ensure that the ordered material is delivered in a perfect condition at ICD delhi in India within 60 days of receiving the 30% advance as stated herein *域名隐藏* dispatch of the material should be effected with 15 days of receiving the 30% advance
The seller must strictly adhere to the delivery schedule as it forms essence of the contract and any breech there of shall give the purchaser option to treat the order as cancelled and to claim back the 30% advance with interest @12% per annum

2．此句是否说收到百分之三十的TT，六十天内发货到ICD 德里了？，另外申明：收到前TT，半个月内发货也可以的了？
3．付款方式是：30% TT in advanced，余额是？？？我们交货了就会付吗？
以前跟客户说的是DP，我还不确定是即期的还是远期的。 B/L:

1．里面有个利息问题，小女子有点不太明白，难道是远期DP吗？ Inpection:

1．如果做检验的话，那我们是不是又要增加成本了？检验报告检验局的人会直接寄给他们吗？他说的at no additional cost???不太明白什么意思？ Arbitration clause
In the event of any dirrerence and/or dispute arising between the seller and purchaser in relation to the construction and /or execution of the present order or any matter incidental thereto,the same shall be sorted out through arbitration under the relevant provisions of the arbitration and conciliation act,1996 or any amendment/modification or reenactment thereof and reles framed there under from time to *域名隐藏* arbitral tribunal shall be sonsisting of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by both the parties in mutual *域名隐藏* the event of failure of the parties to arrive at a consensus,the arbitrator shall be appointed as per the procedure provided in the said ACT.
The place of arbitration shall be delhi in India and only the court at delhi in inida shall have jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate any petition incidental to the arbitration proceedings. 1．请教里面好像没有对我们不利的吧？大致看了一点，好像是如果不能协商好，就到那个DELHI INDIA，法院那。。。。怎么怎么样吧。
