我又来翻译了，不介意吧？对新人的***，已从义务升格为责任了。 所有汇票必须标明“向纽约之‘以色列DISCOUT银行’支取“，声明……
“Drawn under Israel discount bank of New York”这句话可照打上汇票，楼主的这句话中，英文大、小写未处理完善。
汇票DRAFT与文件***UMENT不同，前者可归入后者。
作为L/C单据，如果所有文件，包括提单、***、装箱单等都标明上面这句话的话，就颇为不伦不类。

我想和BRUCE沟通一下，一般说来汇票是有两张，按此的话，ALL DRAFTS的说法是错误的。

如果是对汇票的要求DRAWN UNDER的话，似乎MARKED没必要。
另外我的确处理过要求ALL DRAFTS drawn under XXX银行的信用证。如果信用证要求如此，就无所谓不伦不类。
请BRUCE兄注意all drafts must be marked drawn under israel discount bank of new york 后面还有一个STATING什么，也许楼主把它贴完，我们的理解更清楚。

Israel Discount Bank 那些人，如果让他们写中国银行的话，他们会这样误写 bank of china 应为
