My name is Bill Dickinson; I am the Digital products manager for the Tubelite Co. U.S.A.
My company's president, Mr. Greg McCarter recently returned from the Shanghai Ad & Sign exposition.
Mr. McCarter has instructed me to request a quotation from your company on solvent print media.
We are interested in all the SKU's that your company can supply. Attached find files on some of
our higher volume items. I would request a separate quotation on products that match up to these
specifications as well as your complete product line.
I also request the following information.
* What are the minimum order quantities?
* What is your freight policy?
* What is the lead time once an order is placed?
* Can you supply small sample rolls?
* What are your company's quality control procedures?
* How are quality issues or problems handled?
* Can you label our brand name?
* Can you ship in hard rolls?
* Can you supply references outside of China?
