We hereby issue our irrevocable standby letter of credit number T6B for US$5000000 dated 04 from April 2005 year in favor of valid at our account in JSC ATF bank from the date herein until the date of inclusive. Payment under this irrevocable standby letter of credit will made by beneficiary’s first written demand indicating drawn under irrevocable standby letter of credit number dated 2B from the November of the 2005 year of the industrial and commercial bank of china, free and clean of any deduction whatsoever.
The beneficiary’s demand must be at after the date of expiration and shall be eitmer personally delivered. The goods can be personally delivered by highway transportation.
The beneficiaty’s demand must be made after the date of mer personally delivered. The goods can be personally delivered by highway transportation.
We hereby irrevocable and unconditionally undertake and performance of this irrevocable standby letter of credit. This standby letter of credit is transferable without presentation and without the payment or any transfer fee.
The legal holder of this irrevocable standby letter of credit is considered the beneficiary.
This irrevocable standby letter of credit is subject to the uniform customs and practiced for documentary credits (revision 1993)

-----这两句话看不懂，也不理解，建议你先核对一下eitmer，mer是否有拼写错误？句子里是否遗漏别的内容！或者留给刀郎先生替你翻译吧！：）

我感觉原文有点遗漏，应该是这样：
1）We hereby issue our irrevocable standby letter of credit number T6B for US$5000000 dated 04 from April 2005 year in favor of...., valid at our account in JSC ATF bank from the date ....herein until the date of...inclusive.
我行2005年4月4日开立以XXX为受益人的，金额US$5000000，号码为T6B的不可撤销备用信用证，该备用信用证以我行为付款人自XXX到XXX期间在JSC ATF bank有效！

2）Payment under this irrevocable standby letter of credit will made by beneficiary’s first written demand indicating drawn under irrevocable standby letter of credit number。。。 dated 2B from the November of the 2005 year of the industrial and commercial bank of china, free and clean of any deduction whatsoever. ----本备用信用证根据受益人首次书面申请付款，受益人书面申请需要显示根据中国工商银行2005年11月28日（不是2B）备用信用证（号码。。。）；付款没有任何折扣！

3）We hereby irrevocable and unconditionally undertake and performance of this irrevocable standby letter of credit. This standby letter of credit is transferable without presentation and without the payment or any transfer fee.
The legal holder of this irrevocable standby letter of credit is considered the beneficiary.----我行***无条件履行本不可撤销备用信用证。如本不可撤销备用信用证没有提交（偿付要求）也没有付款，不需要转让费用就可以转让，本不可撤销备用信用证的合法持有人就被认为是备用信用证的受益人！

4）This irrevocable standby letter of credit is subject to the uniform customs and practiced for documentary credits (revision 1993)---本不可撤销备用信用证根据跟单信用证统一惯例（1993年版，可能是笔误，我认为应该是1994年版UCP500）开立！
