| | 此信用证来自也门 1、Copy of documents of compliance( D.O.C.) certificate issued by shipping co. or their agent.这个证明船公司一般都签章，是吗？ 2、Copy of safety management certificate( S.M.C) issued by shipping co. or their agent.这条船公司会做吗？ 是什么意思啊？从来没有遇到过？（我们的货代讲） 3、Shippingcompany or their agent certificate stating that the carrying vessel belongs to regular/conference line, is not more than 20 years old classified as lloyds locai or equivalent and is a member with p and i club
这是船证，是吗？也是由船公司或其代理出具的？ 4\ a separate certificate from the shipping co. or their acent is required in duplicate certifying that the ship is not israeli an is not scheduled to call at any israeli port during its voyace to the port of destination
这是什么文件证明啊？ 请大家帮忙解释一下，拿到这些个证明会不会很困难啊？

5、original set of documents must be sent to us by courier and second duplicate set by recistered airmail to our address. 意思是什么？我们的地址指的是哪方，银行，还是申请开征人啊？

| 这个住址是指银行的地址是可能的,因为在信用正中,开证行是"我们" 通知行是"你们"
开证人是APPLICANT, 发货物人是"BENEFICIARY "或者SHIPPER ,一般都是这样称呼的,不然就乱了. 以下是引用airen12004在2005-11-28 12:42:56的发言：

| 只管翻译，具体操作自己干，或请教油条大哥们：
Copy of documents of compliance( D.O.C.) certificate issued by shipping co. or their agent.请出具一份货代公司或其代理开具的 D.O.C 2、Copy of safety management certificate( S.M.C) issued by shipping co. or their agent.出具一份由货代或其代理开具的 S.M.C

是船证，肯定是货代出示的证明：班轮从下水起不得超过20年船龄，或相等船龄，班轮不得隶属于《巴列斯坦和以色列船社》--中东矛盾问题 4\ a separate certificate from the shipping co. or their acent is required in duplicate certifying that the ship is not israeli an is not scheduled to call at any israeli port during its voyace to the port of destination
由货代或其代理另外出具两分证明***班轮不是以色列船只，并在到达目的地之前不许停靠以色列港口！
