All banking charges other than issuing bank's,plus amendment fees and CTNR ARVL
FEE,are for A/C of *域名隐藏* pancy fee of USDxx will be beneficiary's A/C when discrepant document presented. Instr to Payg/Accptg/Negotg Bank
No recourse on us is allowed as far as your charges and commissions such as advising charge are corcerned,which means that art.18 CF UCP NO.500does not apply .for draft(s) on term basis,discount charges are account of beneficiary.
Document must be forwarded to us in one lot by courier express.
upon receipt of document conforming to the terms and conditions of this credit, we undertake to reimburse you in accorcance with your instructions at maturity.

除了开证行的费用外,所有的银行费用包括修改费,CTRN ARRVL FEE(这个不太明白),都由受益人(出口商)支付,当所提交的单据有不符点,每个不符点所产生的费用也由受益人承担.

全套议付单据必须用快递***送达我方(这只是对银行的指示,不需要由你们出口商寄的)

在收到符合信用证规定条款的全套议付单据后,我方(开证行)将在到期日对你方进行偿付. 以上仅供参考
