Discharge Port : to owner berth/terminal Jebel Ali (Dubai)
Loading terms : Free in stowed—dunnaged/lashed/secured material/labour if any, for carrier’s account
Discharge terms :liner out under hook—CQD terms
Freight : USD33:00 per intaken cbm free in/liner out under hook
Agents: owners agents at loading and discharging port. Lianyungang chinaland –other ports reverting
Commission: not of commission.
Freight payment: 100 percent freight to be paid within 3 banking days after signing original bills of lading marked”freight prepaid”. Freight deemed fully earned and payable upon loading discountless and non-returnable,cargo and/ or vessel lost or not lost
Bills of lading : Carriers bill of lading to be used------All cargoes to be in good, sound and undamaged condition. Master has the right to reject any damaged cargo and if same cargo damaged prior loading such damaged cargo to replaced by shippers by sound cargo.
Additional clauses
(1) any taxes /dues on vessel/freight for carriers account ,same on cargo for shipper’s /merchant ‘s account.
(2) Shore side tally for shipper’s/merchant’s account, shipside tally for carrier’s account.
(3) In case of part cargo, owners to ensure a proper and safe separation from other cargo at their time and expenses. Other: conditions per over leaf and Carriers terms, conditions and exceptions of shipment per carriers latest BILL OF LADING are deemed fully incorporated in this booking note as if they were all signed by the Merchant. A copy of Carriers Bill OF Lading terms maybe obtained from the Carriers agents on request.
