| When there are some discrepancies between L/C and documents,who decide to give penalties?
Following is one of my customers' words,is it right?
I would like to tell you that we decide to give penalties or not. Bank
just informs us that documents are incorrect, they do not give penalties.
You informed us about Port of discharge and transport company knows that
container will arrive to Klaip?da, but not Vilnius. So its ok. Don't worry,
if transport company made mistake you shouldn't worry about that.
