| Any sums which the Buyer are liable as penalties for which no provisions are made in this contract are made against invoice issued by Seller and by bank transfer within maximum 10 banking days as for the submitted invoice date.

除非合同里有相关规定，对于要求买方支付的任何罚金，卖方须向其出具相应金额的***，买方须在***日期之后的10个银行工作日内通过银行汇款予以支付。
