Thanks for reply/query.
No the commission is separate thing. The Purchaser after
establishment of L.C.  demands Performance Bond @ 5%
of total value of Purchase Order, as per govt.  rules.
 The clause of Purchase Order is reproduced below for your information:-
"You will submit performance bond through any schdduled bank
in Pakistan within 15 days from the date of issue of Purchase Order to the
tune of 5% of the total order value for the satisfactory execution of
order valid upto the end of warranty/guarantee period in case of
machinery and equipment and three months from the date of receipt of
material at HMC inc ase of raw material. A receipt certificate by HMC
against receipt of Performance Bond shall be an integral part of
negotiable shipping documents."
