| 各位好,我收到了一塞浦路斯客户开来的信用证,条款比较多,为了避免一切可能发生的错误,我就把它发到论坛上来了,寻就大家的帮助,十分感谢。我对提单和Transport Documents的要求有点不太放心，请问为什么信用证上对提单和 Transport Documents有这么多要求？客户是出于什么目的呢？这样适当吗？我在准备单据的时候应该注意哪些问题？谢谢
还有请问大家是否知道Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited的信誉怎样，谢谢。
信用证条款如下:
46A:Documents required
Full set(at least three) original clean shipped on board Bills of Lading issued to the order of Bank of Cyprus Public Company *域名隐藏* ，Notify parties applicant and ourselves showing’Freight payable at destination'and bearing the number of this credit.
Commercial invoice in 4 copies duly signed by the beneficiaries,stating that the goods shipped:
A)Are of Chinese origin
B)Are according to beneficiaries order list and proforma invoice No.05A6003 dated 18,3,2005
Packing list in 3 copies
Certificate issued by the shipping company/carrier or their agent stating the B/L NO(s) and the vessel(s) name certifying that the carrying vessel(s) is/are:A) holding a valid safety management system cerficatate as per terms of international safety management code and B)classified per institute classification clause 01/01/2001 by an appropriate classification society.

The number and date of the credit and the name of our bank must be quoted on all drafts(if required)
Transport document to be claused:’Vessle is not scheduled to call on its current voyages at FAMAGUSTA,KYRENIA or KARAVOSTASSI CYPRUS’
Insurance will be covered by the applicants.
All documents to be issued in English language.
Negotiation/Payment under reserve/Guarantee strictly prohibited
Discrepancy fees USD80,-For each set of discrepant documents presented under this credit,whether accepted or *域名隐藏* our charge for each message concerning rejection and/or accepting must be borne by beneficiaries themselves and deduced from the amount payable to them.
In the event of discrepant documents are presented to us are rejected,we may release the documents and effect settlement upon applicant’s waiver of such discrepancies,notwithstanding and communication with the presenter that we are holding documents at its disposal,unless any prior instructions to the contrary are rejected.
Transport documents bearing a date prior to the L/C date are not accepted.
Negotiation of does thru industrial and commercial bank of China,Zhejiang provincial branch is allowed.

All docs in one lot by courier service at Beneficiaries expense

| 别的没看大明白，但提单作成凭开证行指示是有点问题，能否请客户改成凭托运人指示。因为一旦单据提交到开证行，如果他们恶意挑剔单据不符点，而我们再想转卖货物，而提单却要凭开证行指示，岂不有问题。

至少3份正本的清洁装船提单，CONSIGNEE: to the order of Bank of Cyprus Public Company *域名隐藏* . NOTIFY: 申请人和开证行 注明 Freight payable at destination 和信用证号码。 *域名隐藏* cial invoice in 4 copies duly signed by the beneficiaries,stating that the goods shipped:
A)Are of Chinese origin
B)Are according to beneficiaries order list and proforma invoice No.05A6003 dated 18,3,2005
受益人签署的4份商业***，上面注明A、B条款（不用翻译了吧：P） *域名隐藏* g list in 3 copies
3份箱单 *域名隐藏* icate issued by the shipping company/carrier or their agent stating the B/L NO(s) and the vessel(s) name certifying that the carrying vessel(s) is/are:A) holding a valid safety management system cerficatate as per terms of international safety management code and B)classified per institute classification clause 01/01/2001 by an appropriate classification society.
船证明，只要把里面的文字照打就是了 *域名隐藏* number and date of the credit and the name of our bank must be quoted on all drafts(if required)

| 5楼说得很好了，不过，我想补充两点：

提单上要有shipped on board 的章
2、Commercial invoice in 4 copies duly signed by the beneficiaries,stating that the goods shipped:

B)Are according to beneficiaries order list and proforma invoice No.05A6003 dated 18,3,2005
要手签，签你们经理的名字，或者说是***章上的名字；虽说***是1+4份，但***都打成正本，这边银行可能也需要
3、Packing list in 3 copies
箱单是1+3，一样，***都是正本
其他的我也不是很在行，不能误人子弟，你可以打电话，问银行专门申单的人，或者专门去找一下，都可以的，但***别太外行，人家会很忙，很烦的
还有，你真的很下功夫，输入这么长的信，一定费了不少功夫吧，

你***让驻当地的大使馆帮忙查一下，好像还有驻当地的商务部都可以帮忙，但不知道回复快吗，能赶上吗，，

| 不知道你那里有没有花旗或者渣打，他们的审证水平非常高，提出的意见也很专业。如果都没有，可以向中行咨询。
