| Dear Bruce,
Tks for yr e mail and after we contact our bank on matter of an upfront payment,or part payment, and we were told that its in possible,because its a system that some top politician,and some top civil servant used to transfer govt stolen money to their overseas bank account,that is why an upfront payment is been halted.
And secondly,Upfront payment can be allowed,if we can produced the copy of the bill of loading,copy of the invoice value,and copy of the packing list,which shall be as an evidence and prove of why we are sending money to an overseas bank account,and we can only get these above mention documents if the payment of the goods is been made by C.A.D ( 100% D/P ) ,That is why we subjected all payment on our orders on 100% D/P which the remittance shall be made in immediately that we received the copy os the shipping documents as be mentioned above,and like wise we assured u of 100% Sincerity on matter of the remittance and after we hear from you that the amounts has been credited to yr bank account,then we will request you to send us the original shipping document which we can use to clear the goods at the shipping company,so put us into consideration so that we can move forward.

We can not accept the payment about D/ *域名隐藏* can only accept the T/T 30%,70% before shipment or against the the copy B/L.
If you can accept the payment,We can produce and deliver the goods to you.
