| 1-Plastic injection is loose in both legs because the fixing end part is missing (refer to pic 1921)
2-The length of the rubber cover is not enough(pic 1916)
3-The coating should be white instead of yellow(pic 1912 and 1915)
4-The thickness of the three hole bracket should be 4 mm it is now 2.7 mm(pic 1912)
5-The thickness of the two hole bracket is 3.7 mm should be 4 mm(pic 1912 and 1913).
6-there is only one washer spacer under the die cast part. There should be another spring type and flat spacer(pic 1900).
7-The grease used should be graphite type not it is ordinary(1918).
8-The ring type key is not in place because the thickness is 1.2 instead of 0.8mm(pic 1901).
9-The shaft dia is 9.9 mm instead of 10 mm and is loose in its place(1917,1913 and 1912).
10-on The threads of the shaft both go and not go gauge are *域名隐藏* acceptable (1909).
11-The thickness of the plate on the top of the die cast part is 0.8 mm instead of 1.2 and the assembly has vertical movement as a result(1901).
12-the coating should be white in all parts(1915).
13-The inner thickness of the die cast part should be exactly the same as the sample sent now it is 0.5 mm less. (1916).
14-The height of the thread on the die cast part is less than sample and the thread is deformed and not neat and both go and not go gauge work on it(1909).
15-The thickness of the die cast ring key is 1 mm more than the sample and the location from the top should be 15 mm now is 17mm(1909)
16-The length of threaded section in the die cast part should be 10+ - 1 and now is 14 mm
17-The die cast should have a plastic bushing in the upper part .It does not have(1909)
18-The dia of the die cast holder should be 5+- 0.5 and now is 5.6mm(1909).
19-The length of the die cast holder should be 5+- 0.5 and now is 5.8 to 7 mm
20-The inserting force of the apple hinge should be less than 18 kg and now is more than 20 kg and creates problem in the assembly line(1918).
21-Center to center of the longer leg is 1mm less than acceptable and does not fit in the control fixture.
22-the same as 21 for the smaller leg.
23-The dia of the pipes should be 13 now is 14mm(1921)
24-The welding of the serrated shaft is not good and neat(1914)t.
25-The length of the apple hinge is 0.7mm less than acceptable and creates problem in the assembly line(1914 and 1915).
26-The apple hinge holder of the smaller leg is different from our sample(1918).
27-The cleaning course (area)is 20 mm less than acceptable (1903)
28-The movement of the linkage is not sound and is loose because the serrated shaft dia is less than accepted (1903).
