Thanks for your mail, The products/shoes and clothing that you manufactures is what the government wanted to buy, I want you to understand that this is a government contract and we are only on commission bases towards this contract, I wanted to know if you have agree to give us the 1% Commission from the total contract value after you have receive same into your bank account, So that we will apply for the contract in your favour. Thanks for your kind understanding and co-operation as we look forward to hearing from you immediately.

Thanks for your mail, as the content were noted with understand, We really appreciate your good desire toward this contract and we belive thet this contract will give us a lot of money at the end.
Reference to your mail, We want you to understand that this is a contract with the government of our country that is why the Q'ty is huge,and I am only on Commission bases towards this deal, and the Shoes and Clothing will be use for the Government Offices/Presidentail Hotles decoration here in West African, Hope you can understand.
Since you have agreed to give us 1% Commission,We have this afternoon applied for the contract in your favour and we want you to forward to us your price list specification/description,Size,ItemNo,Packing Detail Shoes and Clothing which you can supply based on CIF Lome-Togo Seaport so that we can forward same to the Contract Board for there verification and give the exactly quantity for each model.
We also inform them about the partial shipment and they have accepted the delivered by seperate partial shipments,and the said thet you should confirmed the prices quotation with the specification immediately.
We ask them for the payment terms and the told us that they payment terms will be by T/T 100% upfront payment after signing of the contract agreements with their legal department of government board.
Meanwhile, I will furnish you with the full contact address of the contract board for you to have more talk with them and to enable them inform you more about the contract procedures.
