| [1]Shipment has to be effected to this by vessel subject to institute shipping company certificate to this effect is required.
[2]If we give notice stating all discrepancies in respect of which we refuse the document,we shall hold the document at your *域名隐藏* if we do not receive your instruction discrepancies,we shall release the document to the applicant accordingly.
请求高手帮忙翻译一下上面的条款哦,谢谢了!我查了好多字典翻译的,结果都不太理想.

抛玉引砖：这肯定是个印度英语 货物出运的确认必须要求根据船务公司出具的文件来证明，这是要求的 如果我们对我们废弃的文件事先被通知了全部的不符点情况，我们会保留该文件等到您的安排。 如果我们没有得到不符点情况的通知，我们会把该文件释放给申请者。 不要笑话哈 GO GO GO，ALL MONEY GO MY HOME
