Payment Terms: RDLC is acceptable ONLY WITH SBLC as a security for non payment as below = (SBLC for months 10+11+12 payment). Months 1-9 can then be done by RDLC as offered.
Payment Terms: 3 months SBLC to be placed in advance . It will only be used for the last 3 months of supply of the Twelve (12) Months of Sales Contract and/or as guarantee/security in case of default by buyer or buyer's bank.
