| 1- Buyer send LOI with proof of fund (BCL or others. . . ).
2- Seller reply by Draft Contract.
3- Buyer signed Draft Contract and return it to Seller.
4- Seller countersigned Draft Contract and send it back to buyer with Certificate of Origin and Analysis + Export License as POP (Proof of Product) with the BG or SBLC SWIFT FORMAT.
5- Buyer bank send a Swift to Seller bank for the Bank Guarantee confirmation
in 5 days after reception of the Draft Contract countersigned by Seller.
6-Delivery will start within 30 to 45 days maximum. Buyer will issue the BG or SBLC to us to start the delivery and the payment of each delivery will be made by Swift MT 103 to us. Buyer can come and visit the Copper stock at the Loading Port after reception and confirmation of the Swift Copy by our bank.

| 1 -买方发出带资金证明的LOI（BCL或其他 ） 。
2 -卖方答复合同草案。
3 -买方签订的合同草案，并退还给卖方。
4 -卖方签署合同草案，并退还给买方。要附带货物原产地证明书和分析+ 以BG或SBLC Swift 格式的出口许可证作为POP(产品证明)。
5 -买方银行发出迅速向卖方银行为银行***确认
在5天之后的接待合同草案会签，由卖方。
6交付将***迟在30天至45天内开始。
买方要发BG 或SBLC给我们，以便开始发货。每次发货费用都按照103 Swift MT 付给我们。在装货港接收后，买方可以前来参观考察铜库存，并且确认我们银行的Swift 副本。
PS
Swift 这个词以前接触过，但是忘记具体意思了，就没翻译。
