Bill of lading of the following nature are not acceptable:
*域名隐藏* ed transport bill of lading or a combination of title of similar intent.
*域名隐藏* back transport document.
*域名隐藏* ortation documents indicate a place of taking in charge different from the port of lading or a place of final different from the port of discharge(不能显示中转港)
*域名隐藏* h bill of lading
*域名隐藏* form bill of lading
*域名隐藏* r party bill of lading Transport documents indicating consignor of the goods other than the beneficiaries of the credit are not acceptable.
This credit is subjected to the uniform customs and practice for documentary credits (1993 revision) international chamber of commerce (puplication no 500)

| 刚刚遇见一个,又来一个.说实话,很多论坛里的朋友不会帮你翻译全部的,因为大家的时间都是有限的.你也不是全部都不懂,你应该把自己不懂的地方说出来,这样大家就会有针对性的帮你翻译.你一下子帖这么多出来,很可能就会被凉着.不过大家都会有帮忙的心,我开个头翻译一句,下楼的朋友继续帮忙翻译一下,这样就能很快的完成了.-----1.提单有以下性质的为不可接受提单.

只要是船公司出的提单应该不会出现以上什么联运提单的情况把？ Transport documents indicating consignor of the goods other than the beneficiaries of the credit are not acceptable.这个是说提单上的发货人如果和LC上的受益人不一致的话也是不被接受？？

这点是说依据跟单国际惯例1993年版的把，不知道这点会不会有点具体是怎么样的？

| | 只做参考，不对的地方请指正。 提单具有以下特点是不可接受的。
1.联合式运输提单或相似目的的联合抬头。
2.背面空白的运运输文件。
3.运输文件中显示收货地点不同于装货地点或者目的地不同于卸货港的。
4.贯穿式提单。
5.简易式提单。
6.租船提单。
运输文件显示发货者而不是信用证受益人的不可接受。
这信用证服从于跟单信用统一惯例和实践（1993年版本）国际商会。(发行号为500）
