+In addition, telex expenses, if any, incurred by us as a result of discrepant ***uments are also for the beneficiary’s account. ？？
+ to avoid delays and penalty fees, pls submit ***uments in one lot to the advising bank, Bank of America, who holds special reimbursement and ***uments via courier service to the L/C issuing bank. 信用证（美国银行上海分行通知的）规定交单必须交到作为通知行的美国银行上海分行，但信用证41D规定AVAILABLEWITH/BY ANYBANK BYNEGOTIATION，另外57D规定ADVISE THRU 工商银行。这几点是否矛盾呢？
盼信用证高手指点，谢谢！！

| 1)两个THE ORDER OF估计是银行失误.
2)如果有由于单据不符导致的telex由收益人负担.
3)这一条与41D和57D没有矛盾.57D规定第二通知行为工商银行,41D中AVAILABLE WITH ANY BANK BY NEGOTIATION仍然有效,但开证银行建议交单到Bank of America! 以下是引用2006judy在2007-4-5 18:57:34的发言：

| 谢谢您指教! 57D advising bank 一般都是第二通知行是吗? 到银行交单时,只要信用证上有41D avilable with /by ANY BANK BU NEGOCIATION 字样,就可以到任何一家银行交单对吗? 谢谢!
