| 我们公司是做摩托出口的,前2天报价给一个没联系过的Nigeria人, 然后他回复如下
I have gone your price list and find out that your company is capable of handling this contract, let me quickly inform you that the govenrment of nigeria have awarded contract valued US$20million for suppliey of Motorcycles which is needed by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for comming election in Nigeria, this will be use by electoral officers for their official duties.
I want to involve you and your company on this contract but this will be based on your ability to compesate my company after supply of the said motorcycles to (INEC). I am ready to sublease this contract to your company based on the amount involved, the govenrment have approved 50% of the total amount for upfront payment on this issue and that means your company will be receiving US$10million before supply of the motorcycles and the balance will be paid upon conclusion and the shippment.
If you are ready to work with me, you will be required to send to me a promisery note from your company that you will give my company 10% of the total amount. Then upon receipt of this note i will tender your company's name to Central Bank of Nigeria for first payment of 50%. Then you now start for supply of the motorcycles. We do not have a specify motorcycle for this project but a good motorcylce that is strong we be prefered.

| 确实发现这个Ngeria的骗子手段是太幼稚,太赤裸裸.
呵呵. 就是想了解下他要我们发company promisery note 是什么东西? 以后有真的客人也好操作
