The vessels carrying contracted goods shall not call on any port for taking additional cargo and shall proceed from the port(s) of shipment to the destination directly. More than one port loading form same country of origin per shipment is permitted. The vessels engaged for carrying the goods under this contract shall not carry any cargo of any other third party and shall also not touch any other port on the way for unloading goods, except for bunkering purpose. The owner of the vessels shall not change the ownership and/or name of vessels until the cargo is completely discharged at the destination.
