1)Certificate certifying, that the Exporter has been informed of the date of
Shipment notice sent at least 14 working days before loading date
证明中证实:出口方至少于装运日期前14个工作日已获悉装船期!------如果单独看证明的内容,可以由买方出,也可以由出口方出具,而且出口方出具更合理!但与下面条款关联起来看,如果没有买方的装船通知,也不可能有这样的证明!
2)Shipping Notice from buyer to certify that the production line can be effected the shipment from Chinese factory.
买方出具的装船通知,证实生产线(the production line)可从中国的工厂装船. 所以上述两个证明,要求首先有买方出具的装船通知----属于典型LC软条款!应该要求客户取消!
3)Performance Bond (Bank Guarantee) issued by International well-known bank for governs the total value of down payment to guarantee the seller will execute this contract (within 180 days).这个能接受吗?
银行出具的履约保函-------当然可以接受的,银行对于涉外担保审批有专门的规定,具体细节需要跟你们的银行协商!
