| 同行们好！
我有一个问题想请教大家，***近我有一个越南客户，他给我发来了样本合同，其中有一条我不知是否该接受，请大家赐教。
7.2 Inspection:
The Buyer has the right to claim the Seller within 60 days after completion of discharging on quantity or quality of goods which is not in conformity with the contract stipulation but the claim must be supported with inspection report made by SGS at discharging port or the Buyer’s warehouse. The survey reports issued by above inspector will be final and legal for making claim. The compensation will be paid to the Buyer by TTR within 07 working days from claim date (the Buyer’s account will be advised later).
If the commodity’s quality not reaches the contract requirement as this article stipulated , the Seller has to take back goods within 07 working days after receipt of above report and compensate 6% contract value for the Buyer or negotiation the solution by mutual settlement, Charges relative to taking goods back will be born by the Seller. The compensation will be paid to the Buyer by TTR within 07 working days from claim date (the Buyer’s account will be advised later).
