| 下述这一段文字是关于高收益债券公开说明书中对Insurance的描述，不知道是否恰当。恳请高手指点。
Insurance
[We have several insurance polices covering our assets including buildings,machinery and equipment,raw materials,working-progress,finished products and automobile and vehicles against the risk of physical loss or damage (including machinery breakdown)[and business interruption].These policies have deductibles and caps and therefore significant damage to any of our production facilities could have a material adverse effect on our results of operations or financial *域名隐藏* are not insured against the loss of key personnel.]
As of the date hereof,we have not experienced any significant loss or damage to our manufacturing facilities. In 2003,2004and 2005,we paid an aggregate of US$0.04 million,US$0.2 million and US$1.0 million in insurance policy premiums.
