参看：The net first cost indicated on this purchase order reflects a 4% deduction for prospective customer returns against this shipment. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the Defective Alowance reflected in the cost must be adequate to cover all defective merchandise received from customers at store cost or additional claims will be filed by Wal-Mart.
本定购单中的净原始成本中已含4%的折扣作为将来可能发生的顾客退货之用途。除非另有书面约定，该“产品缺陷补偿金”必须足以涵盖全部以零售价所计之退货，否则Wal-Mart将另行索赔。
