看过网上一些关于提单签名的要求感觉不是很懂,为什么有的提单下方的签名是1:for and on behalf of ........,2:有的是船公司的名字,下面再有一个签名,3:有的却要:as the agent for the carrier?
这3种有什么区别吗?

第二十三条 海洋运输提单 ａ．如信用证要求提交港至港运输提单者，除非信用证另有规定，银行将接受下述单据，不论其称谓如何： Ⅰ．表面注明承运人的名称，并由下列人员签字或以其它方式证实： －－承运人或作为承运人的具名代理或代表，或 －－船长或作为船长的具名代理或代表。 承运人或船长的任何签字或证实，必须表明“承运人”或“船长”的身份。代理人代表承运人或船长签字或证实时，也必须表明他所代表的委托人的名称和身份，即注明代理人是代表承运人或船长签字或证实的。
