| 科威特客户开来的信用证43T条款规定不允许转运，可是46A4)(b)又说name of the onward vessel in case of *域名隐藏* ipment at israeli port prohibited.不是前后矛盾了吗？哪位大虾给点意见啊？而且目前我们找了几家船公司拼箱都不能走直航的，现在怎么办呢？

| 这个我也碰过,他的意思就限制你不要转船,你同船公司订舱是让他们出直达提单,不显示中转港就行了.

| 这不是欺骗吗，保险吗？他对于所用的船还有一大堆规定呢，你再帮我分析一下吧。(a)（a) name and telephone/fax numbers of carrier’s agent at the port of discharge.
(b) Name of onward vessel in case of transshipment. Transhipment at Israeli port prohibited.
(c) The carrying vessel is allowed to enter Kuwait ports/port of discharge.
A separate declaration to this effect from the captain or owner or agent of the vessel is acceptable ( this declaration is not applicable for United Arab Shipping Company’s owned or chartered vessels).
(5) Shipping company’s certificate required stating that carrying vessel belongs to Conference Line or Arabian Gulf Conference Line or Regular Line operating in the Gulf Region. Alternatively shipment must be effected on vessels of United Arab Shipping Co. in which case bill of lading must evidence to this effect.
